Here are some tips you may find helpful in planning your next event:

• Use your own sound system rather than the speakers in the ceiling.
• Use audio speakers in the front, middle, and rear of the audience.
• Use additional light.
• Use a dark backdrop.
• Keep the front row as close to the stage as possible.
• Don't overpack the room.
• A wide audience beats a deep audience any day.
• Please ask attendees to turn off all cell phones prior to beginning.
